Double Denim with a Dose of Orange and Pink

I am sure you have heard of the term Casual Chic, but do you really know what dressing in a Casual Chic way means?

Put simply, its a style which allows you to put together the most comfortable pieces from your wardrobe but dressed up with accessories. So not only do you feel comfortable but you have the confidence to go out looking and feeling fashionable. Being dressed in a Casual Chic way is a great everyday option for ladies who, despite their busy schedules, aren’t willing to give up looking gorgeous. 

For today’s outfit I have worn two different shades of Denim (Denim on Denim is always on trend), which are super comfortable and look incredibly chic when paired together. Some advice for trying out the Denim on Denim Trend, is to always remember to choose two different shades of Denim which help flatter your figure. For example darker shades of denim create a slimming effect and lighter shades draw attention to the body parts they cover. So for my body type wearing a Darker Denim Top and Lighter Denim Jeans, works best because I naturally have slimmer legs as compared to my waist and upper body which are wider.

But this look is too simple without the accessories, don’t you agree? As you already know if you have been following my blog, I love using pops of bright colours in my looks. So I complemented my Denim look with a Bright and Fun pair of shoes my Neon Pink Rockstuds (so edgy yet chic) and an Orange Clutch. Just the addition of these two bright coloured accessorises completely changes the look, making it more playful and daytime appropriate. And adding a statement necklace, and more fun (but complementary) jewelry takes the outfit to another level.
