The H&M Conscious Collection was launched today, inspired by the costume archives in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs at the Louvre in Paris.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with H&M’s Conscious Collection, each year H&M produces a line of sustainable clothing and accessories, which is produced from sustainable fabrics and materials. The sustainable materials used include organic silk, linen and hemp, recycled denim and the embellishments (rhinestones and beads) used are made from recycled glass.
This was a 35 piece collection, with several beautiful dresses that literally were art. I picked up two pieces which I will style soon and share them with you.
But for now I am sharing some of my favourite pieces that I would wear from the collection below:
-
Embroidered Silk Blend Dress – S$ 299.00 (I bought this dress because I loved the silk print and the embellishments)
-
Silk Bend Skirt with Lace S$ 299.00 (I bought this dainty skirt, so feminine and delicate, can’t wait to style it in fun ways)
- Silk Dress S$ 159.00 (Fun for a night out)
-
Wide Silk Blend Trousers S$ 199.00 ( If only I was tall enough I would love to rock these)
