Tickled Pink with my Elyse & I – Iris Minaudière Clutch

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved the colour Pink (probably a shocking shade of Pink). It’s a colour that always excites me, it makes me feel happy and good about myself. Thankfully now that I am older, I try to be more experimental with the colour. There are so many different shades from soft pastels, blush tones, coral tones, bright fuchsia to hot Pink. If you are willing to give this colour a try, there is definitely one that would suit your skin tone.

During one of my many shopping trips in Doha, I found this gorgeous pastel Pink blazer from River Island. I instantly fell in love with the soft colour and the Gold button detailing. This is one those statement pieces, that can be worn with just about anything. So I thought it would be fun to style a Brunch look with the Blazer and my Elyse & I – Iris Minaudière Box Clutch. This clutch has been my go-to piece over the holiday season because it’s classic, chic, and instantly elevates an outfit. I love the subtle combination of pale Gold and Silver nappa leather laid under a laser cut marble acrylic, deco-inspired pattern.  This party-perfect versatile clutch has two sides, patterned and plain. It also has a stunning clasp closure and hidden chain strap (perfect for being handsfree).

As I was styling two statement pieces together, I wanted to keep the rest of the look simple. So I paired a simple black sweater with light washed jeans. But as this was a fun Brunch look, I decided to be more playful with the accessories. I wore one of my favourite earrings at the moment from Lovisa. These are called the Blush Tassel Statement Earrings (S$25.00). I currently own them in four colours, they are so fun and easy to style. While the Blazer looked perfect on its own, I thought I would add my Chanel Brooch to it. Brooches always look classy and they dress-up the simplest outfits in an understated way. Lastly, my Metallic shoes from Zara worked perfectly with the look.

I really love styling looks with different bags, shoes and accessories.  I feel that these small little details can be the perfect touch to complete your look. What was your favourite piece from this look?

The Iris Minaudière Clutch is retailing for $375.00. For more information on Elyse & I handbags,  please do visit her website – Elyse & I .

We apparently share a passion for pink as I’m totally and utterly in love with this wonderful and versatile color and am so happy it’s a huge trend for guys right now too (not that I care that much about trends anyway). Just like you I love experimenting with different shades of pink and I must compliment you on this stunning outfit that is so well thought through all from the shoes to your beautiful earrings! 🙂

Babe, I am OBSESSED with this pretty in pink, chic Brunching look! That pink jacket is definitely the perfect statement piece as you mentioned, and I love how you added the brooch for that extra touch. Great call on pairing with the sleek black turtleneck, and low how you topped the look off with those silver heels and gorgeous earrings. And don’t get me started on that clutch- the design is just darling! Thanks so much for sharing this amazing bag designer – I’m obsessed with all their pieces now!! Beautifully done babe 🙂
